Tom Ford Coco Mirage Quad Review

I previously mentioned that I bought the Tom Ford in Coco Mirage eyeshadow quad with gift cards I got for Christmas. I needed a neutral eyeshadow palette for travel and Tom Ford was highly recommend over anything else I was considering. So I went for it. The Coco Mirage is a warmed tone matte quad with single shimmery shade. The darker brown is my favorite for everyday makeup. I find the lighter brown too warm for my skin. The only shimmery shade has a coppery undertone, and the golden shimmers are so subtle that it looks beautiful even for someone who doesn't like shimmery eyeshadows like me. I barely use the lighter beige color, because it does not show up on my skin.

The color range is not unique. However, the buttery soft texture and blendibility is why I would pay the hefty price for. They blend without any effort. I honestly do my makeup in 5 minutes in the dark every morning. I could blend the shadows with my fingers in seconds in the dark and  the result is very similar to the one I would get with brushes. How crazy is that? I think this effortlessly beautiful result is worth the $80, especially if you are someone who does not have a lot of time to do your makeup to get that well done eye makeup.

I would definitely buy more Tom Ford Eyeshadows in the future. Now that I know the shimmery shadows from Tom Ford are wearable, I am interested in Honeymoon and Nude Dip. I think it is more economical to buy the eyeshadow duos from Tom Ford, considering I will probably use two of the four shadows. However, I heard that the quality is not quiet the same, which is a bummer.
