Lancome Teint Idole Ultra 24H Makeup Review : Long Wear Foundation

Lancome Teint Idole Ultra 24H Makeup ($45.50) is my first foundation I have ever finished using, which is impressive. I am not a big fan of foundations, because they usually never wears all day and end up requiring high maintenance, which is not my style when it comes to makeup. But ever since my acne issue started, foundations became necessities for many reasons.

Lancome Teint Idole Ultra 24H Makeup Foundation is a transfer free and full coverage foundation with matte finish. Although it is matte, it is reasonably natural and a tad bit radiant finish, which I am always pleasantly surprised with. I have it in 250 Bisque W, which is a perfect shade for me and I apply with my Sigma Kabuki Brushes. It does not completely cover my acne scars, but definitely evens out my skin tone and covers acne without accentuating them. Most importantly, it does not break me out.

During the colder months, it lasts 5-7 hours reasonably well. But when it is humid and hot, it lasts more around 5 hours for me. Towards the end of the wear, it is pretty natural looking which I like, because I really hate when foundations just look totally off when it wears off. Overall, it is one of the best foundations I have tried and I would recommend it to people who prefer matte finish with medium to full coverage.

Have you used any Lancome Foundations? If you had, please let me know what your experiences have been with them?
